Deborah de Freitas is the VP of IT and Business Systems at Khoros. For more than two decades she’s applied her communications and operational skills to the growth of Austin-based technology companies including Dell, Bazaarvoice, Mass Relevance, and Spredfast. Passionate about building community, she serves as Board President for Austin Bat Cave, Board Advisor for Together Digital, and was a founding leader of the women’s ERG and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts at Khoros. She’s called ATX home since childhood and graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in English, History, and Psychology. A true multipotentialite, she's been a writer, waitress, dancer, teacher, and run a wellness center. In her spare time she loves reading, writing, and slow travel.
